Terms and Conditions
Please carefully review these terms and conditions as they govern your relationship with Info Nepal Tours & Treks for any booked treks or tours. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is required upfront.
- Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer, or PayPal. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.
- For last-minute bookings within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings are not transferable. Name changes will be treated as cancellations and re-bookings, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Changes
- If you cancel 61 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of amounts paid, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations between 30-60 days prior to departure will be refunded 25% of amounts paid, minus the deposit.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations under 30 days before departure.
- Any changes to existing bookings within 45 days may incur change fees of $75 per person.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet minimum participant numbers and will provide a full refund in such instances.
Travel Insurance
- All clients must obtain comprehensive travel insurance with emergency medical/evacuation coverage at the time of booking. Proof of adequate insurance must be provided prior to departure.
- We are not responsible for any expenses arising from travel disruptions, lost/stolen/damaged personal items, medical expenses, or emergency evacuations if you do not have sufficient insurance protection.
Health & Safety
- Trekking and outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks that clients must assume. Good physical health and an appropriate fitness level is required.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is jeopardizing others or is disruptive to the tour/trek operations.
- Clients must follow all safety instructions from guides. We are not liable for any injuries or issues arising from negligence or failure to comply with safety protocols.
Liability & Force Majeure
- Info Nepal Tours & Treks and its partners act solely as agents and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, expense or claim arising from events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, supplier defaults, etc.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to flight delays/cancellations, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events that disrupt the planned itinerary.
- Info Nepal Tours & Treks reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel any tour/trek if required due to safety concerns, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control. Refunds will be provided in such cases minus any unrecoverable costs.
General
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with all passport, visa, immigration, customs, health and insurance requirements for their booked tour/trek.
- Our full terms and conditions, including our privacy policy and booking contract, can be found on our website. Clients agree to be bound by these when booking with Info Nepal Tours & Treks.
- These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
