Nagarkot day tour is one of the most, loving trekking routes near Kathmandu valley. Though this tour is mostly carried out or completed in 1 day you can enjoy a lot in this trek. First, you will be taken to the base of Nagarkot by our private bus and then you will be provided breakfast. The distance between Kathmandu to Nagarkot is 27.2 km from the Araniko Highway.

You can find many tea houses on the way to Nagarkot. If you want to taste the food of your choice you need to pay extra or you can buy it yourself. And if you don’t like the tourist bus then we will manage a private vehicle. High hills and the snowy mountains that are seen from Nagarkot are hilarious. You won’t be able to forget this experience lifetime. Airblown on the top of the view tower will blow your mind. Actually, you would love to stay there forever. This trek can be done by any aged people. this trek is not taken as a hard trek.

During the drive, you will be able to see many high hills and mountains. You will feel the amazing and unique villages and the lifestyle of people will also attract you. After a few hours of hiking, you will reach the viewpoint of Nagarkot. From that viewpoint, you will be able to see amazing sunset and sunrise. The mountains will get golden due to snow.

Kathmandu to Nagarkot is a day trek that is short in duration but we can experience a lot of natural beauty. You will see many high hills and mountain ranges. We saw amazing sunshine from the height of 2175 m. You need to climb up the hills to reach the top of the Nagarkot Danda to see amazing sunshine and the air blown on the hills attract us so much. You can have lunch at the hotel in the middle of the Danda. You can find amazing food and the taste of food will be unforgettable.

Getting there:

It’s roughly 27km from Kathmandu to Nagarkot via the Araniko Highway, covered by private car or tourist bus as part of the package. A private vehicle can be arranged instead of the standard tourist bus on request.
