How quickly will you reply?
We answer most enquiries within a few hours during Nepal daytime, and always within 24 hours. For anything urgent, WhatsApp is fastest.
Do I need to pay to start planning?
Not at all. Planning, itinerary tweaks and quotes are completely free. You only pay a deposit once you are happy and ready to confirm your dates.
Can you tailor an existing trip?
Yes. Almost every trip we run is customised. Add rest days, change the start date, combine regions or finish with a helicopter ride out. Just tell us what you have in mind.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major cards in USD, GBP, EUR and AUD. The deposit secures your spot; the balance is usually settled when you arrive in Kathmandu.
Do you arrange airport pickup and hotels in Kathmandu?
We do. Airport transfers and your first and last nights in Kathmandu can be included. Just let us know your flight details.
